SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Helen Bergstein, President and Founder
Ms. Bergstein is Digsville's President, Founder and Home Exchange Expert-in-Residence. A life-long home exchanger, Ms. Bergstein is an acknowledged expert in the field and has authored critically acclaimed e-books and newsletters on the subject. Ms. Bergstein is regularly featured in major media worldwide as an expert on home exchange. Ms. Bergstein leads the company's editorial, customer service, and domain expertise needs and is responsible for its award winning service offering.

Marc Altholz, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Altholz is Digsville's CEO and has over 10 years of senior management experience with a background in ASP sales and development, B2B enterprise solutions, eLearning, CRM, and direct marketing. Mr. Altholz was previously VP of Business Development at SafetyDirector, Inc. a venture backed software developer and has held positions as Managing Director (Galapagos Solutions), E-commerce Director (MainXchange), and Group Publisher and President (Value Guides, Inc.).

ADVISORY BOARD

David Sable
Current President and CEO of Wunderman, New York, a world leader in data-driven integrated marketing services and a subsidiary of WPP. Mr. Sable has over 20 years experience in marketing communications and has previously held the position of Executive VP, President and Director at Young & Rubicam NY. Mr. Sable worked from 1985-1990 at Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe Public Relations.
Martin Hamrogue
The past CEO and Chairman of Virgin Express and is a renowned travel industry veteran, with expertise in global operations. Mr. Hamrogue was General Manager of TWA's US operations, rising to that post as part of a 25-year career at the company.
Thomas Walsh
Mr. Walsh was the former Worldwide Corporate Safety and Health Director for United Parcel Service and was with UPS for 30 years. During his career he served 20 years as a Human Resources Manager throughout the U.S.A. and served as Director of Human Resources for UPS Europe from 1990 through 1995 where his responsibilities included the development of all Human Resource functions including Employee Relations, Benefit & Compensation Plans and Safety involved in the integration of 16 companies from 12 countries. Mr. Walsh served on the following UPS Corporate Committees: Corporate Information Technology Strategy, Corporate Intranet Strategy and Corporate Human Resources Strategy and Budget Committees. Mr. Walsh is currently the President of Safety Improvement International and serves on a number of Non-profit Boards.
